Here are the important details:

Booking and Deposit:

• A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The deposit will be applied to your total balance.

• The remaining balance is due at appointment. Cash or Card is Accepted

Travel Booking:

• We offer travel booking if needed. Please contact us directly via email for any travel inquiries.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations and rescheduling are available with a 24-hour notice.

• A $10 late fee will be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late.

• Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% service charge of your remaining balance.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Late Policy:

• There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

• After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% late fee will be charged.

Guest Policy:

• As a mom, I understand the challenges of finding a sitter, so you are allowed to bring one guest.

• Please inform me in advance if you will be bringing a guest.

• Any damages caused by you or your guest will be your responsibility to replace.
